This was a phased project over several years which incorporated a lot of design issues due to the irregular design of the building and planning issues. We incorporated three different designs across site to maximise cost savings whilst also retaining many of the original glazing features.

This was completed over a 12 month period including asbestos removal which was carried out while the school was live. We worked to a slower programme due to this being a Special Needs school and required a lot of coordination and management.res.
The Joseph Whittaker School

This project was a full building envelope inclusive of asbestos removal, replacement windows and doors, new flat roofs and Trespa cladding.
Royal Derby Hospital

Project Value - £1,100,000
This was a project for Skanska facilities to replace all windows and doors in the original hospital. This was completed over phases and spanned all wards including maternity and oncology. Due to the nature of working in a hospital, this required high levels of planning and coordination as the wards were live. Some works were carried out out-of-hours to accommodate the hospital programme and to cause minimal disruption to the hospital’s working day. Also, wards were deep cleaned once we had completed the internal works.
